Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 2025/2026 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position providing behavioral support and services to students across a K12 setting.
Position Details:
Dates: ASAP start through June 16, 2026.
Schedule: MondayFriday, 32.5 hours per week.
Caseload: K12 students in a school-based environment.
Setting: Onsite only, working directly with students, staff, and families.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Developing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Providing direct support and consultation to teachers and support staff.
Collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification.
Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work onsite and manage a diverse caseload.
