Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead and drive success within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) project. This role is evenly split between project management (50%) and Scrum Master responsibilities (50%), requiring a strong balance of leadership, strategic execution, and Agile facilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in project management and Scrum Master roles, preferably within IAM or cybersecurity projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• PMP and CSM certifications are a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
