Now Hiring: Power BI Developer (Senior-Level) Direct Hire | $120-130K | Remote, US-based We're seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to lead analytics and dashboard development within a project-based manufacturing and distribution environment . This role combines solution design, data modeling, and BI governance to deliver insights that drive operations, finance, and supply chain performance. REQUIRED 5+ years of experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, Power Query, DAX) Strong SQL skills and ability to connect to/manipulate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Excel, CSV) Experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O data models Background in manufacturing or distribution reporting and KPIs Advanced data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, normalized structures) Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) RESPONSIBILITIES Lead design and delivery of dashboards supporting finance, manufacturing, and supply chain operations Utilize Power BI Copilot and AI tools to streamline BI development and enhance visualization capabilities Develop and manage data models, refresh pipelines, and gateways Ensure BI solutions align with governance, security, and compliance standards Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights for decision-making PREFERRED Power BI certifications (PL-300 or equivalent) Experience with Azure Synapse and Azure Data Lake Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics Experience in KPI design for manufacturing, distribution, or financial reporting Keywords: Power BI Developer, Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Dynamics 365 F&O, Manufacturing Analytics, Supply Chain Reporting, SQL, Power Platform, Azure Synapse, Data Lake, BI Development, Data Visualization, ERP Reporting. *************************** Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
