Senior Solutions Consultant - ServiceNow As a Senior Solutions Consultant in ServiceNow, your role is to serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor, working closely with the sales team to understand clients' business challenges. Your primary responsibility involves designing and presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs using the organization's products or services. Solutions Consultants are essential in bridging technical capabilities with client requirements, contributing to successful sales engagements and fostering long-term client relationships. What you'll do You will analyze client needs, develop customized solutions, and collaborate with the sales team to articulate the technical aspects of the organization's offerings. Your role includes providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process to ensure successful client engagement and satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand clients' business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements. Provide comprehensive technical knowledge to explain the capabilities and benefits of the organization's products or services. Develop tailored solutions addressing specific client needs, considering industry requirements and product features. Support the sales process by offering technical insights and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Conduct demonstrations to showcase product functionality and features, helping clients visualize application. Educate clients on technical aspects, address queries, and provide insights for informed decision-making. Create and maintain technical documentation to support the sales process, ensuring clear communication. Assist in project coordination during sales to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to implementation. Manage technical inquiries, facilitate smooth transition to implementation, and ensure client satisfaction post-sale. What you bring to the role: 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a client-facing consulting role. 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a dedicated presales role. Certifications Required (at least one): Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Applications are accepted until May 9, 2025. The annual salary ranges from $135,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and applicable plans.
