Position Summary

Humanitru is an integrations-first software platform purpose-built for nonprofits, empowering them to centralize their data and streamline operations. By connecting with leading tools like Mailchimp, QuickBooks, DonorSearch, and more, Humanitru replaces outdated CRMs, breaks down data silos, and provides nonprofits with a unified view of their supporters.

We’re looking for a mission-driven, tech-savvy Solutions Consultant to join our growing remote team and continue to grow our expanding national client base. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to deliver engaging, needs-based product demonstrations
  • Understand prospect needs and design tailored solutions that map to Humanitru’s capabilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to nonprofit leaders, speaking confidently about fundraising operations, data strategies, and integrations
  • Support technical and strategic conversations related to Humanitru’s API, integrations, and platform architecture
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and platform capabilities
  • Provide feedback and insights from prospects to help shape future product development
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote Humanitru's software solutions and build relationships with potential clients.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS solutions engineering, pre-sales, or similar client-facing technical role
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex tools to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in the nonprofit tech ecosystem or fundraising operations preferred
  • Ability to work closely with Account Executives to strategize and close deals
  • Familiarity with CRMs, APIs, and integration workflows
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and solving meaningful problems
  • Highly organized, responsive, and proactive in your communication
  • Positive attitude and an eagerness to collaborate and learn
