Job Description

Vaco is seeking Customer service reps who are bilingual in Spanish/English to work in a bank atmosphere. Most of the work will be conducted over the phone, however there will also be occasional face to face customer service required while on the job.

We need them to be dependable and reliable.

Must haves:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• • Patient Interaction & Scheduling: Welcome patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, process insurance details, collect payments, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and external providers to facilitate seamless patient care.
  • Office Organization: Manage correspondence, maintain office supplies, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality in all administrative tasks.
