Sr. Director Business Insights & Analytics Join to apply for the Sr. Director Business Insights & Analytics role at BioSpace Position The Sr Director Business Insights & Analytics is responsible for market research, competitive intelligence, and forecasting for Nurix Therapeutics's Hematology assets and other assigned areas. This role focuses on addressing critical business questions, generating strategic insights, and providing recommendations for better decision-making. It utilizes advanced analytics to inform R&D, Business Development, New Product Planning, and Commercial strategies. The ideal candidate is strategic, forward-thinking, and passionate about driving growth. Duties And Responsibilities Lead primary market research, forecasting, and competitive intelligence efforts. Collaborate with brand teams and cross-functional partners to understand and solve key business questions. Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and other teams to develop and execute commercial strategies using market insights. Translate business needs into actionable analytics initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities. Lead sales forecasting and assess business development opportunities. Coordinate with supply chain for production planning. Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape and market environment to advise leadership. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure productivity. Education And Qualifications B.S. degree required; advanced degree preferred. Experience in product launches within the biopharma industry preferred. Hematology/Oncology experience preferred. Strong skills in analytical techniques and vendor management. Experience with complex market assessment and forecast models. Leadership skills to align and motivate teams.
