GENERAL FUNCTION

Our goal is to make guests happy by making vision care simple and fun. The Store Manager leads a team to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest and meets all brand goals and commitments.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Team Members deliver outstanding guest experiences by modeling and coaching store rules. Set clear expectations for store readiness and guest service. Manage floor flow and be attentive to guests and team members. Develop and review action plans for team member growth and accountability. Provide timely feedback and foster a culture of simplicity, fun, and style. Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions. Understand key success factors and identify areas for improvement. Build professional relationships with optical doctors and store hosts to grow the business. Recruit top talent and create effective schedules based on business trends. Handle payroll, personnel paperwork, and manage shrinkage. Conduct inventory and store visits, ensuring policies are followed. Ensure accurate sales transactions and marketing execution.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in customer service or retail Entrepreneurial mindset Results-driven Critical thinking skills Experience in recruiting and talent development Selling skills and ability to motivate others

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Opticianry License or ABO Certification 3+ years in management or supervisory roles Pay Range: $26.86 - $48.02 Compensation is based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
