The Comedy Central animated TV series “South Park” is looking for a Storyboard/Design Artist with 3-5 years experience for a generalist position with an emphasis on Storyboard. Candidates need to be passionate, artistic and imaginative. Comedic skills are a plus. Duties will primarily include Storyboard but also some Background Design, Character Design, Cinematic Design, and various other mixed animation design challenges. Knowledge of computer art programs, i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, is a must. Please note: This is not a compositing job! Expect an intense, creative, and rewarding production schedule. A portfolio is essential at the interview. Only candidates living in the Los Angeles area will be considered. This is for a hybrid position meaning it will be remote with the potential for in-studio work.
