ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Provide professional recruiting for contract & permanent jobs within Engineering, Manufacturing & Distribution fields
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including candidate discovery, candidate screening, assessment, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, follow up, final offer negotiations, and finalization of job orders (scheduling drug screens and background checks, performing reference checks, etc.)
• Identify candidates from internet sourcing (LinkedIn, Google, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc.), internal applicant tracking system and referrals; Uncover passive top talent and engage in conversations to spark interest in specific positions
• Conduct preliminary interviews via phone, skype or in person to qualify candidates for possible job opportunities while verifying and confirming applicant’s information
• Demonstrate ability to work cohesively with team of Recruiters and Sales Representatives

** $40-55K depending on experience + commission (competitive commission structure) **

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Exceptional communication and phone skills
• Effective time management and strong organizational skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and effectively determine urgency when needed
• Strong desire to learn new skills and succeed
