We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Tractor Trailer Driver position, to join our Nottingham, PA team!
SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday
SHIFT: Start time varies depending on the route driven for the day; route typically will begin after 12pm
Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED: Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING: Class A CDL license required
Ability to work in wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold, and extreme heat.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places, and fumes or airborne particles.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Key Responsibilities
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drives truck to destinations including branch and distributor locations.
Observes all rules of the road pertaining to being a safe and courteous driver, including speed monitoring, idle time, following distance, enforced by truck cameras.
Hooking and un-hooking from trailers.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for defects on both the truck and the trailer before and after trips and submits report indicating truck and trailer condition through the samsara tablet
Maintains driver logs and state to state mileage according to I.C. regulations using the samsara tablet
Unload trailers, make pickups and properly handle product while doing so.
Operate on board the computer to produce logs and other information as required.
Accurate counts and documents changes to product unloaded from trailers.
Follow all safety guidelines as described in the safety code of conduct.
Familiarity with product codes preferred.
