Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Design experience in a major financial institution.
• Demonstrate familiarity with design tools (ex. Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma) to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams framing problems, determining insights, and defining visual designs to serve customer needs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design; contribute to large-scale planning related to experience design deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex experience design challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet experience design deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in experience design.
