🗓️ At least five years direct experience with Cisco Webex room administration
🎛️ Direct experience stabilizing conference room environments during live issues
⚙️ Control administration and configuration settings
🔐 Azure AD ((Microsoft Entra ID)) management
🔑 Single Sign On (SSO) authentication
🧩 Identity Management Systems (IDM) access controls
📞 Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communications
📡 Quality of Service (QoS) metrics
Education
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or
📘 Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or
🧠 Equivalent experience
Preferred Certification
📜 CCNA
💼 Cisco Webex certifications
