Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings/facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying the manager concerning the need for repairs, establishing effective communication with clients, complying with safety and quality standards, cleaning furniture and fixtures, moving cabinets and furniture, cleaning interior glass and mirrors, washing and replacing blinds, gathering and emptying trash, performing incidental seasonal tasks, and servicing and cleaning restrooms.
