What You'll Do:

• Lead with Expertise: Provide technical leadership on complex water and wastewater projects for public utilities, districts, and authorities. Be the go-to expert, driving the team towards innovative solutions and successful outcomes.
• Own Project Delivery: From personnel management and budgeting to scheduling and client relations, you'll oversee every aspect of project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results.
• Drive Growth: Spearhead business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and cultivating long-lasting relationships with key clients. Your leadership will directly contribute to the growth and success of the practice in the region.
• Mentor and Inspire: Shape the next generation of engineers through mentorship and career guidance. Help your team members grow professionally while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with sub-consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.

What You'll Bring:

• Professional Engineering License (PE): You're a licensed PE in Texas, with a deep understanding of water and wastewater utilities.
• Solid Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is essential.
• Experience that Matters: 10-15+ years of hands-on experience in water/wastewater utilities, with a strong background in pipeline and facility design, modelling, planning, and construction.
• Specialised Knowledge: Experience with water/wastewater treatment and pumping systems will give you an edge.
• Strong Communication: You excel in both written and verbal communication, making you an effective leader and collaborator.
• Proven Leadership: Your ability to manage teams and complex projects with ease has been proven time and again.
