We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wedding Coordinator Assistant to join our team. As a Wedding Coordinator Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that couples’ dreams come true by planning and executing seamless wedding events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and other event staff to provide a smooth, stress-free experience for the bride, groom, and their families. This is a fast-paced, highly rewarding role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others create lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lead wedding planner on client event details
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding day, including venue setup, vendor management, and scheduling
• Manage timelines for the wedding day, ensuring that everything runs on schedule
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and other service providers
• Oversee all logistics, including transportation, seating arrangements, set up, breakdown, and any special requests from the couple ensuring that all elements are in place and meet client expectations
• Provide on-site coordination on the wedding day, ensuring that all tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during the event to ensure a seamless experience
• Support the couple and their families with any additional tasks as needed during the event
• Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for all attendees
• Assist with rehearsal coordination
• Ensure timely communication with clients
• Additional tasks as needed or specified

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to to stand on your feet for the duration of the event hours
• A passion for weddings and helping couples create their perfect day
• Must demonstrate reliability and a strong customer service focus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on event needs, ranging from 3 to 12 hours per day. Primarily on Saturdays, with occasional Friday and Sunday shifts
• Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel with reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to drive long distances, including interstate travel
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No prior experience is needed
• Must be located in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio area
