About the Role:
Do you love planning parties and events? A’BriTin, the Twin Cities' top catering and event planning company, is looking for an energetic and outgoing person to join our team as a Wedding Sales and Events Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, offering expert guidance on venue selection, vendor coordination, and event logistics.
The ideal candidate is assertive, competitive, and enthusiastic, with excellent customer service skills and the physical stamina to manage the demands of the job, such as extended periods of walking, standing, and lifting. Your days will involve following up with prospective brides and grooms, selling food and beverage packages, assisting with event setup, tear-down, and executing event details to perfection.
As a Wedding Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing clients’ timelines, contracts, and budgets, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed. You’ll also play a key role in building relationships with both clients and vendors, ensuring that every event is a stress-free, memorable experience. This position requires working nights and weekends during the busy summer months . While experience is a plus, we will train the right person who is ready to create exceptional events that exceed client expectations.

This position is Full-Time, Salary-Exempt.
Hiring salary range starts at $45,000 annually, DOQ, bonus eligible.
