Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Westford, MA

Payrate: $21.00

Shift: 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies.
• Follow standardized procedures to ensure the production of high-quality products.
• Maintain accurate documentation for cell operations and functions.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing management regarding ideas, problems, and solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality metrics.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Basic understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle small components and parts safely.
• Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision.
