Senspex in Ft. Irwin, CA, is seeking to hire an
Electronics Maintenance Technician II for our Mission Support Team!
The Electronics Maintenance Technician II is a role that performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical areas such as troubleshooting, electrical repair, and equipment diagnostics. This position will support the National Training Center Training Support Contract (NTCTSC), which brings to bear the full capabilities of many of the world's best systems integration and engineering companies in the technical integration of live, virtual and constructive (LVC) training support.

What you'll get to do as a Electronics Maintenance Technician II at Senspex: - Technical Expertise: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, and computer systems.
- Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Utilize schematics, manuals, and testing equipment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Physical Demands: Work in demanding environments and perform physical tasks.
- Professional Development: Attend training and workshops.
- Other Duties: Complete assigned tasks.
The qualifications we require: - High School Diploma or equivalent plus three (3) years of relevant experience; or an equivalent of relevant education and experience
- Experience working with electronics performing functional checks, with diagnostics on circuits using test equipment, repairing cabling circuit boards, and reading schematics to ensure proper connectivity
- Ability to conduct land navigation, radio communications, and the use of Global Positioning System (GPS)
- S. Citizen
- Must have experience or be certified in soldering techniques

Other requirements: - Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work within the United States
- National security clearance: This position may require obtaining a U.S. DoD security clearance. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
- Must possess acceptable forms of identification under the REAL ID Act
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug test
