We are seeking a hands-on, strategic and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our
marketing strategy, product marketing, sales enablement and influence our demand generation
and customer acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader who has
and scaled marketing teams in the cybersecurity and SaaS space—and who thrives in both
strategic planning and tactical execution.
You will be responsible for shaping Doverunner’s market position, driving growth through
innovative marketing initiatives, increasing brand awareness, defining our product and brand
messaging, accelerating global demand generation, and scaling a cross-functional marketing
organization across the US, Korea, and India.
● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Build and oversee a high-performing global marketing team across regions (e.g., US,
India), ensuring alignment across product, brand, and demand functions.
● Partner with brand, content, and demand gen teams to design and execute full-funnel
campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement using data-driven
insights.
● Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and messaging that clearly
communicates value to diverse buyer personas (CISO, CTO, DevOps, Legal, etc.),
enabling consistent storytelling across all channels.
● Establish and manage content strategy, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts,
and executive thought leadership, with a focus on SEO, brand authority, and conversion.
● Own website messaging, structure, and performance—ensuring it scales with business
growth and serves as a high-performing inbound marketing engine.
● Implement and optimize marketing operations, analytics, and reporting across channels.
● Oversee marketing operations, budget allocation, and analytics to ensure efficient
execution and accurate tracking of KPIs, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
● Serve as a public-facing voice of the company at industry events, conferences, customer
meetings, and in media opportunities.
● 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 in cybersecurity or a closely related tech
sector.
● Proven experience as a Product Marketing Leader or Corporate Marketing, with a track
record of leading a performing marketing team.
● Hands-on experience developing compelling, conversion-focused messaging for security
and SaaS products.
● Strong SEO, content marketing, and campaign execution background—comfortable
being involved at the tactical level.
● Experience managing global and remote teams, with cultural awareness and strong
leadership skills.
● Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
● Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Salesforce, etc.
● Own the marketing vision for a fast-growing global SaaS company
