This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, focusing on palliative, hospice, and acute hospital services. Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals requiring hospice and palliative care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment plans. Provide hospitalist services as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
