We're seeking a talented Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) to join our expanding team. We also welcome applications from driven LPC-Interns seeking practicum or internship opportunities. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we're open to finding the right fit.
What You'll Do:
Provide Compassionate Care: Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
Offer Crisis Support: Provide timely and effective crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress.
Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in partnership with your clients, fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic process.
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous and up-to-date medical records and documentation, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.
Work as a Team: Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care.
Utilize Diverse Modalities: Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as art therapy or behavioral therapy, to address diverse client needs and preferences.
Provide Case Management: Offer comprehensive case management services to ensure continuity of care and support clients in navigating their treatment journey.
Conduct Thorough Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches and monitor client progress.
Adapt and Adjust: Monitor client progress closely and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
Flexible Schedule: We highly encourage you to create a schedule that fits your needs and the needs of our clients. This includes offering some evening and weekend availability.
What We're Looking For:
A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Current licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist (or actively pursuing licensure as an LPC-Intern).
A strong foundation in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine capacity for empathy and connection.
The ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:
Fee-for-service flat rate range: $61,326.00 - $100,861.66 per year (dependent on licensure level).
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week.
