• 24-hour call coverage with rounding -- 7 am - 7 am shifts
• 10 - 15 patients on average per day
• 100 cardiothoracic surgical cases annually
• Full scope cardiovascular and thoracic surgical duties
• Inpatient surgical coverage for ED and elective cases
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
