Sungiven Foods Canada Inc. is a Specialty Boutique Neighbourhood Market with carefully selected private brand products. We ensure that our products are natural, minimally processed with less artificial additives.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant.

• Manage and operate bilingual (English & Chinese) social media platforms
• Develop and produce social media content based on the company’s brand strategy and product promotions
• Publish content regularly in accordance with planned frequency and quantity
• Conduct data analysis and manage ad campaigns
• Create short videos related to the company :
• Includes videos for new products, promotional campaigns, event teasers, and event footage
• Comfortable appearing on camera as a brand ambassador to engage with followers and represent the company’s social media image
• Event planning and execution :
• Plan online campaigns and support the execution of offline events
• Drive traffic to physical stores, boost sales, and enhance brand awareness
• Influencer collaboration and management :
• Identify and reach out to local influencers with strong following and engagement
• Build long-term partnerships and manage influencer relationships regularly
• Performance reporting and analytics :
• Compile monthly reports on platform performance (e.g., Xiaohongshu)
• Analyze backend data, identify challenges, and develop optimization plans for the next stage

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts (e.g., Xiaohongshu/RED, Instagram/Facebook, TikTok/Douyin, YouTube)
• Skilled in shooting and video editing; proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
• Strong on-camera presence; confident in front of the camera and capable of performing naturally based on scripts or content trends
• Experience in event planning and able to support execution both online and offline
• Candidates with established connections to local influencers or KOLs will be given priority
