Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Marketing Consultant Professional to join their team. This role is located in Basking Ridge, NJ!

Duties:

• Lead end-to-end creative processes: from creative briefs, through design development, to the final delivery of proofed assets to Business Units
• Present creatives at various levels, up to SVP, with the ability to sell and defend creative work as needed
• Partner with external agency teams on schedules and scopes, ensuring creative concepts elevate the customer experience; review and provide constructive, actionable feedback
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Business Units and the CMO to deliver campaigns that fulfill the needs of the business, brand, and consumer
• Understand specific customer segments and channel test strategies, analyzing campaign results to make recommendations for optimizing future creative executions

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience
• 6+ years of experience in MarCom, CRM, Agency Management, Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of integrated marketing processes and principles
• Knowledge of marketing best practices; tailoring creative and messaging to unique customer segments
• Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills to work closely with all internal and external partners of all disciplines
