University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson Position Highlights: Desirable Practice Setting: Schedule flexibility with clinical and OR days and ability to use protected day based on desires of the provider Dedicated OR block time Favorable Call Schedule:1:7 for orthopedic spine call Additional call available for general orthopedic, but not required Culture & Support:Team of adult spinal disease trained neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, physiatrists, nurses and rehab therapists Respected and supportive department chair Leadership Opportunities Available Compensation & Benefits: 2-Year Guarantee: $800K-$850K Rewarded generously for production: No cap on RVUs Relocation Assistance: Up to $30K Professional Development: $2500 annual CME allowance Lucrative Retirement: Up to 17.5% retirement match Qualifications: Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery Orthopaedic Surgery Spine Fellowship Required Candidates with a background in Neurosurgery also accepted Eligibility forMississippi medical licensure Location: Safe, Family-Friendly Community:Experience a welcoming environment in Jackson, MS, with access to outdoor activities and cultural experiences.
