A medical device manufacturer in El Segundo, CA is looking for a HYBRID Payroll Specialist to join their team!

Pay: $32-$35 an hour
Location: HYBRID in El Segundo, CA 90245
Schedule: M-F, 7:30am-4pm, in office Tuesday & Wednesday. All work from home equipment will be provided.
Duration: Until Fall 2025, could go longer

Job Duties:
• Responsible for a wide variety of employee changes, this position requires an individual that has working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Success Factors Employee Central applications.
• This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of biweekly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.
• Must have the necessary knowledge to act as the subject matter expert for questions/resolution related to ADP, company policies, as well as compliance of federal and state regulations as they relate to payroll tax, wage and hour laws, and garnishments.

Qualifications:
-Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, Success Factors/Employee Central, and Kronos/Dimensions applications
-3+ years of payroll experience and have a solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws. Multi-state payroll experience.
