Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our dedicated team!

As a  Personal Care Assistant , you will provide essential support and care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Your role will be vital in helping clients maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Help with meal preparation and assist clients with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar caregiving role is an advantage.

• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude toward clients.

• Ability to effectively communicate and follow directives.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Willingness to provide proof of recent vaccinations and pass a background check.

• Aptitude for working independently and as part of a team.

• Strong interpersonal skills and patience while working with diverse populations.
