Job Description

Select is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Product / Structural Designer to join our team in Burlington, VT. This role is perfect for a creative problem solver who excels in both technical design and strategic thinking. You’ll play a key role in developing innovative displays and merchandise—primarily for beverage brands—while ensuring they align with client objectives and market trends.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Develop: Create visually compelling and detail-oriented product concepts, with a focus on brand, color, and style.
• Collaborate: Work closely with engineers and account leads to bring creative visions to life, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Innovate: Brainstorm and execute strategic design solutions that enhance brand presence in retail spaces (grocery, convenience stores, independent retailers).
• Stay Ahead: Provide insights on industry trends and best practices, keeping our designs fresh and competitive.
• Communicate: Present concepts clearly—both written and verbally—to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind your design choices.

Requirements:

• Experience with Alc Bev and CPG brands is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Must be available to work on-site in Burlington, VT .
