Job Title: Wood Finisher. (Production)

Reports to: Wood Department Manager

Position Status: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of various Finishing techniques and products.
• Experience matching colors.
• Experience in: Spraying primer, paint, stain, water base, lacquers, and acrylic products.
• Experience with finishing room equipment.
• Working knowledge of woodworking tools & machinery.
• Must be able to take accurate measurements (English System – In).
• Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Highly oriented to detail and accuracy in all work with ability to produce good quality work.
• Self-starter
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Flexible approach to working time to meet deadlines/peak workloads.
• Must be a team player.

Minimum requirements:

• 6+ years minimum experience required.
• Abilities required.
• Physically able to lift materials (50lbs or more)
• Bi-lingual (Spanish – English) a PLUS but not required.
• Other duties, as assigned.
