Casual, 12- hour Shifts and Live-in Positions needed

How you will make an impact: Serving individuals in their private homes is an honor and pleasure. You will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity. You may be assisting a senior with daily personal needs such as meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, and personal cares. We know that you will find ways to bring smiles to the faces of those you serve. Schedule Varies : (12-hour shifts, overnight shifts and live in shifts available) Please note, this position is on call and based in a client's private residence in NW Suburbs surrounding Luther Home in Arlington Heights

What you will need:

  • Active Illinois CNA certification is preferred but not required
  • Valid Driver's license preferred to transport clientusing clientcar
  • Past experience in caregiving with older adults and seniors required
  • Must be able to read, speak write and understand the English language
  • Must be able to full transfer assist residents
